What is a cookie?

How we manage consent
We use CCM19 (Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany) as our Consent Management Platform. All three entries are strictly necessary under § 25(2) Nr. 2 TDDDG: the two kuku_* entries to provide the service you have explicitly requested (playing the game and preserving your progress), and ccm_consent to fulfil our legal obligation to record consent decisions. They do not themselves require consent.
Browser-level controls
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser's privacy settings. Note that clearing local storage will erase your game progress and run history, since these are stored only on your device. Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Where CCM19 supports these signals (currently GPC in jurisdictions where it has legal effect), the consent banner respects them. Because this site does not currently use any tracking, profiling, or third-party data sharing, these signals have no practical effect here — there is nothing optional to opt out of.

This website displays a link to our official X account (@kukuruchi_game). The link is implemented as a plain outbound hyperlink behind a confirmation popup. No X/Twitter scripts, widgets, tracking pixels, SDKs, or iframe embeds are loaded on kukuruchi.com. X Corp. therefore sets no cookies on your device while you are on our site. X cookies and any associated data processing only occur after you click "Continue" in the confirmation popup and arrive on X's own domain, at which point X Corp.'s own cookie and privacy policies apply. Because nothing happens on our side until you actively confirm the redirect, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG.
Outbound links to PayPal
The "Support" button on the game page is a plain hyperlink to PayPal's website that lets visitors send a voluntary tip to the developer. No PayPal scripts, SDKs, tracking pixels, iframes, or images are loaded on kukuruchi.com. No cookies are set by PayPal while you are on this site. PayPal cookies and any associated processing only take place after you click the button and arrive on PayPal's own domain, at which point PayPal's own cookie and privacy policies apply. Because nothing happens on our side until you actively click, no consent is required for the button itself under § 25 TDDDG / Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.
Future changes
If we add any feature that would require consent (for example, an advertising provider, an analytics tool, or an embedded video player), we will update this Cookie Policy and ensure the CCM19 banner gates the relevant storage before it takes place.
